Celebrate 25 Years of Girls Hope

This celebration is sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph and Girls Hope. Staff members, volunteers, donors, scholars and families connected to Girls Hope since its founding are encouraged to attend the event.

The occasion also will commemorate the legacy of Sister Donna Marie Tahaney, one of the founders of Girls Hope. In the late 1980s, Sister Donna Marie, Assistant Superior of the Congregation at the time, began working with Father Paul Sheridan, founder of Boys Hope, to establish the first Girls Hope.

Celebration schedule:
2 – 3 p.m. Optional tours of the Girls Hope Baden House
3:15 p.m. Outdoor Blessing and Tribute to Sister Donna Marie Tahaney
4:15 p.m. 25th Anniversary Program with Father Paul Sheridan
5:15 p.m. Light fare in the Motherhouse Dining Room
6:30 p.m. Optional Mass for attendees
